Field Service Engineer – Biomedical (Ultrasound)

£35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary depending on experience.

Covering the Midlands, Liverpool and Manchester areas.

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled service engineer to join a fantastic company within the biomedical sector.

Our client is well established and a leading dealer who specialise in ultrasound equipment. They are looking for a field service engineer to join the growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• This full-time/permanent role will involve planning and carrying out the installation, preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair of Ultrasound equipment from world-leading manufacturers.
• The role will require you to travel the Midlands, Liverpool and Manchester areas visiting hospitals and private clinics.
• To produce administrative reports of repairs and maintenance activities and report to both internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
• In house training and development included.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• HND/HNC Electronics or relevant experience of working with medical electronics in a hospital environment.
• Ultrasound service background preferred.
• Excellent communicator – verbal and written.
• Organised, highly dependable, and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Benefits Package:

• £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary.
