Summary
SPS Technologies are working in partnership as they look to increase their team. Due to retirement of long-standing employees and a large aerospace contract, they need additional heat treatment operatives to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Job
- Loading and unloading furnaces
- Setting them to the correct temperatures
- Clean down of machinery and area
- Working on multiple jobs and batches
- Organising and processing batches
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willing to learn multiple job specifications.
- Must be proactive e.g., is one machine is being running set another, clean up the area etc.
- Must be clearly conversant in English
- Physically fit as there is a lot of manual work
- Must be organised and able to work to a process and ensure stock is moved correctly in specific batches
