➕ Shift Allowance (16%): £16.32 – £17.98 per hour

Hours: Monday – Thursday 14:00 – 22:00 | Friday 13:00 -20:00

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Tube Laser Cutter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating tube laser cutting machinery to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tube laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, BLM, or similar).
• Interpret technical drawings and job specifications to ensure accurate setup and production.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges).
• Adjust machine settings to optimise speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot as required.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following all health and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Tube Laser Setter or similar CNC laser cutting role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Trumpf, BLM, or similar laser cutting machines.
• Understanding of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
