Shift: Monday to Friday: 14:45 -23:45 ( early finish on Friday 12:00-16:00)
 
Do you have experience as a CNC Lathes or Turning Machines ?
Have you previously worked in a manufacturing environment?


GI Pro are working in partnership with manufacturing company, based in Royal Leamington Spa, where you will work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery to produce high-precision components.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated CNC lathe Setter/ Operator to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for production runs
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and programs to meet tight tolerances
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Work from technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain machine efficiency and workplace safety

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC lathes
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
• A strong focus on quality and detail
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
