Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30

Our client based in Rugby is recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

You’ll be welding mild steel (up to 5mm), stainless steel, and galvanised steel, producing animal cages and medium batch work to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

MIG & TIG welding of mild steel up to 5mm

Reading and working from engineering drawings

Confidently working with mild steel and using jigs

Producing quality work in a timely manner

Ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in MIG & TIG welding

Strong understanding of engineering drawings

Familiarity with batch production work

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
