Press Brake Setter Operator

Location: Colwick/ Nottingham NG4

Hourly Rate: Up to £14.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00 | Friday 07:00 – 12:00

Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours worked

Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator looking to join a growing and highly specialised manufacturing company?

We are recruiting for a skilled and reliable Press Brake Setter Operator to join our client’s team, working on precision equipment used in sectors such as laboratory science, mortuary services, veterinary, disaster management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate Press Brake machinery using Trumpf controls
• Fold and bend various metals, with a focus on stainless steel
• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Manufacture high-quality components for specialist equipment

Requirements:

Essential:

• Proven experience setting and operating a Press Brake machine
• Strong understanding of working with stainless steel and sheet metal
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Desirable:

• Experience with Trumpf control systems
• Background in sheet metal fabrication for specialist sectors
