Salary: £95,000- £115,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Role:

• Charity structuring including creation of charities, governance, restructuring, merger and group agreements
• Commercial law relating to charities

Successful candidate:

• 2-5 PQE, E&W qualified
• 2-5 years charities law experience gained within a UK law firm, ideally in a London team and if not within a highly ranked regional practice
• Must be working within a specialist charity law team
• Strong academics
