Salary: £180,000-£220,000
PQE Level: 5+

Role:

• Advising portfolio companies in relation to acquisitions, disposals, financing, restructuring
• Exits including IPOs and trade sales
• PE investments in high profile companies including takeovers, JVs, minority investments

• 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified
