Job Title: Leveraged Finance Senior Associate- Mid Market- Top 20 City Law Firm
Salary: £125,000-£150,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

• Fast growing, entrepreneurial Top 20 City law firm with ambitious growth plans and a down-to-earth feel.

Role:

• Advising banks, sponsors, portfolio companies, private credit funds
• Leveraged finance relating to PE backed transactions
• Domestic and European mid-market financings
• Leading and managing transactions including term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements

Successful candidate:

• At least 5 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Currently specialising in leveraged finance within a highly regarded UK law firm
• Leveraged finance experience must include a strong focus on PE backed transactions
