Salary: £125,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable Global City law firm with a stellar reputation within the construction, real estate and energy/renewable sectors.

Role:
Joining a prestigious non-contentious construction team, you will work with a wide range of high-profile clients including funders, developers, contractors, sponsors, and public entities and will specialise in working with clients within the energy/renewables space as well as data centres.

• JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC contracts
• Collateral warranties
• Professional appointments
• Guarantees and security documents
• DD and transactional support
• Advisory projects

Successful candidate:
