Salary: £100,000-£120,000
PQE Level: 6+

Our client is a Top 100 City law firm with a strong finance, shipping, luxury assets offering.

Role:

• Superyacht and private aviation financing
• Acting for banks/lenders and HNW/UHNW borrowers
• Term sheets
• Loan documentation
• Ownership structuring

Key attractions include:

• Quality of work and breadth of clients
• Strong future partner prospects
• Collaborative and supportive culture

Successful candidate:

• 6+PQE England & Wales or commonwealth
• Must have finance experience relating to superyachts and/or private aviation, gained within a UK law firm
• Strong BD skills or interest in this area
