Role:
Joining a highly regarded and well-resourced patent litigation team across a wide range of matters including:

• Infringement
• Validity
• Ownership
• Rights
• Supplementary Protection Certificates
• Pre-action patent infringement
• English patent courts and unified patent court
• Cross border matters

Successful candidate:

• 2-4 PQE, England & Wales
