Role:
Joining their well-regarded banking & finance team with a focus on Debt Capital Markets:

• Drafting facility agreements and security documents
• Standalone bond issuances
• MTN programmes and issuances
• Investment grade transactions
• Secured and unsecured lending
• LMAs
• Commercial paper issuances
• Strucured products and derivatives
• Shariah compliant financing
