Role:
Joining a market leading Restructuring & Insolvency team with a bias towards contentious insolvency:

• Office holders’ duties and powers
• Contested restructuring plans
• Recognition of foreign office holders
• Asset tracing and recovery
• Directors duties
• Enforcement of security
• Accelerated M&A
• Pre packs
• UHNW Personal insolvency

Successful candidate:

• 2-6 PQE- England & Wales qualified
• At least 2 years UK law firm insolvency disputes experience gained within a well respected City or national law firm
