The team undertakes a broad range of corporate tax across:

• Transactional support
• PE
• Funds
• Real estate
• Corporate tax advisory
• International corporate tax advisory

Successful candidate:

• Minimum 6 PQE, ideally England & Wales qualified solicitor

• Strong corporate tax transactional experience gained within a leading City or national firm
