Role:
Broad range of planning matters include:

• Assist with planning appeals and enforcement
• Section 106
• Planning strategy
• Highways and public law advice
• Infrastructure agreements
• Corporate support regarding planning implications of corporate and real estate transactions
• Researching planning law matters including compulsory purchase and environmental
