Salary: £280,000-£320,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Role:
Joining a close knit and highly regarded investment funds team with a focus on hedge funds and credit funds

• Fund formation and fundraising
• Negotiating managed account structures and relevant regulatory matters
• Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts

Successful candidate:

• 4-6PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Must have hedge fund and credit fund experience gained within a comparable US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm in the UK
• Excellent academics
