Our client is a Elite Global City law firm with a stellar leveraged finance practice that competes directly with leading US law firms.

Role:
Specialising in Leveraged Finance including:

• Cross border transactions including mezzanine and senior level
• Acquisition financing for PE and other financial sponsors
• Bond structures including Loan and high yield
• Facility and intercreditor agreements
• Security documents

Successful candidate:

• 3-5 PQE, E&W qualified
