Role:
Joining their highly ranked FS regulatory team, you will handle a broad range of non-contentious financial services regulatory matters:

• Advising asset managers and hedge funds on UK and EU FS regulatory requirements
• MiFID2/MiFIR compliance
• UCITS regulatory matters
• AIFMD
• FCA Consumer Duty
• Part XII of FSMA
• FCA authorisations and handbook
• SM&CR

• 4-6 PQE England & Wales
