Role:
Broad range of residential property work for HNW, UHNW, entrepreneurs and investors.

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
• Lease extensions
• Complex title issues and covenants
• Property structuring
• Property finance- remortgages and refinancing

• 6+ PQE, England & Wales Qualified
• Currently working for a dedicated HNW residential property team in London or the regions or with a strong HNW focus and looking to specialise in this area
