Broad range of mid-market corporate work with a strong focus on the life sciences sector.

• Private M&A- buy and sell side
• Reorgs
• JVs
• IPOs and fundraisings
• Clients include Pharma, biotech, universities, research institutions

• 5-7 PQE, England & Wales
