Specialising solely in leasehold enfranchisement:

• Residential leasehold and enfranchisement matters
• Statutory lease extensions
• Collective enfranchisement claims
• Leasehold Reform Act 1967
• Leasehold Reform Act 2002
• Landlord and Tenant Act 1987

Successful candidate:

• 2-6 PQE, E&W qualified
