Salary: £105,000-£120,000
PQE Level: 5-8 PQE

Our client is a leading boutique law firm with a prestigious reputation and market leading non-contentious construction practice with a real estate focus.

Role:
Joining a highly ranked non-contentious construction team which also benefits from market leading private wealth, commercial real estate and HNW residential property teams, you will be involved in a wide range of matters for a real estate focused client base.

• Eclectic client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, private capital, family offices, UHNWIs
• JCT contracts
• Collateral warranties
• Draft and negotiate appointments
• Pre- construction service agreements and security documents
• Transactional support

Successful candidate:

• 5-8 PQE qualified solicitor, England & Wales or Commonwealth
• At least 5 years UK non-contentious construction from a highly recognised UK law firm or leading in house team (if coming from in house you must have had prior UK law firm experience specialising in non-contentious construction
