Job Title: Private Funds Associate- Fast growing team- Mid Sized City law firm
Salary: £98,000- £110,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a strong mid- market City law firm which is expanding and investing for the long term and is known for having one of the most supportive and collaborative cultures in the City.

Role:
Strong European funds practice, funds tax and regulatory expertise and lower cost point than their US competitors.

• Fund formation, Secondaries, Co-investments including co-written transactions
• Secondaries, carried interest arrangements, fund restructurings, continuation funds, liquidity events

• Exciting growth plans and the fast-track progression this brings ( the team will need additional future partners)

Successful candidate:

• 2-5 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales or commonwealth
• 2-5 years private funds experience gained within a law firm
