Role:
Contentious and non-contentious employment advice including:

• Board level disputes
• Trade union matters
• Redundancies
• TUPE
• Whistleblowing
• Disciplinary & grievances

• Minimal transactional/corporate support work
• Excellent work/life balance- very low chargeable hour target

Successful candidate:

• 4-6 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Charity/not for profit or trade union experience
