Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm 2-4 PQE
Salary: £96-103k
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

• Our longstanding client, a prestigious boutique City law firm is going through an exciting growth phase.

Role:
Advising a broad client base which includes well known corporates, family offices/private capital, entrepreneurial fast-growing companies, high profile senior executives and across contentious and non-contentious matters.

• Employment tribunal litigation
• Employment advisory including grievance, redundancy, discrimination etc
• Support on corporate transactions including TUPE
• Devising employment policies and procedures
• Advising senior executives on exits, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, high profile team moves etc

• 2-4 PQE, England & Wales qualified
