Role:

Respondent focused.

Providing employment advice to a wide range of SMEs, OMBs and entrepreneurial companies

• Transactional support including TUPE, restructuring, takeovers
• Ongoing advisory work including new procedures and various employment contracts
• Redundancy
• Unfair dismissal
• Whistleblowing
• Restrictive covenants

• 8+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
