Job Title: Private Equity Tax Senior Associate – Mid- Market City law firm
Salary: £115,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 8+

Role:
The team has a strong private equity tax practice, and you work will include:

• Advising on PE structuring including acquisitions and disposals
• Reorganisations
• Exit planning
• Financing
• Formation of funds
