Role:
Broad range of mid-market corporate work with a strong focus on the technology sector.

• Private M&A- buy and sell side
• Reorgs
• JVs
• IPOs and fundraisings
• Clients include tech driven businesses including strengths within AI driven companies within the biotech and wider life sciences sectors
