Job Title: Non-Contentious R&I Associate- Top 30 City law firm
Salary: £96,000-£108,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 30 City law firm is looking to hire an ambitious non-contentious restructuring & insolvency associate into their well ranked team within their City based office.

You will be advising solvent and insolvent companies across a wide range of matters including:

• Debt for equity swaps
• Refinancings
• Distressed M&A
• Debt restructuring
• Schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans
• Litigation and recovery actions
