Salary: £125,000- £150,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Wide range of ECM matters including:

• IPOs
• Fundraisings
• Placings
• Rights issues
• Fund launches and fundraisings
• Advising on stock exchange listings
• Public company governance
