Salary: £125,000-£145,000

Our client is a prestigious global City law firm with a strong IP, Commercial contracts, and franchising offering.

Role:

• Focusing on commercial IP with a particular focus on franchising.
• Taking the lead on commercial IP work
• Franchising including agreements, licensing, sponsorship, distribution, strategic commercial agreements
• Advertising and marketing in relation to promotional campaigns and regulatory
• Cross border matters
