Job Title: Banking & Finance Associate- Boutique Law Firm- New York
Salary: $180,000-$200,000
PQE Level: Class 2020-2022
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client, an impressive boutique law firm located in New York City with a directories ranked team.

Role:
Joining their directories ranked banking and finance team.

• Primarily advising lenders with some borrower side work
• Structure, negotiate, document domestic and cross border transactions across syndicated, bilateral, secured and unsecured
• Draft and negotiate various finance agreements including security, intercreditor, participation, receivables purchase, credit
• Analyze relevant issues under the UCC including Articles 5,8,9,12, and the bankruptcy code
