Job Title: Private Funds (Institutional) Associate- Premier City law firm
Salary: £170,000-£180,000
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a premier City law firm which competes directly with US and Magic Circle law firms within the private funds space.

Role:

• Focus on funds formation including PE, private debt, venture debt, real estate, infrastructure
• Advising institutional private funds
• Private fundraisings
• Advising sponsors in relation to global structuring, governance, regulatory

Key attractions include:

Successful candidate:

• 4-6 PQE England & Wales or commonwealth
• Institutional private funds experience gained within a US, Magic Circle or Top 50 City law firm in a dedicated funds team
• Strong academics
