Job Title: Incentives/Share Schemes Partner- Mid-Market City law firm
Salary: £170,000-£300,000

Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable mid-market City law firm is strategically looking to recruit an existing partner or ambitious senior associate (10+ PQE) looking for partnership.

The team is ranked in directories and works primarily with private equity, asset managers, financial services clients alongside public and large privately owned companies.

• Transactional support- M&A, IPOs, MBOs
• Share plan and executive remuneration
• Long term incentive plans, management incentives, bonus plans

The close-knit team benefits from having prestigious employment and tax practices and this is a strategic role resulting from expansion and future succession planning.

The successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor who is either an existing Incentives/Share Schemes partner or is an ambitious senior associate with at least 10 PQE and looking for a direct entrant partner role.
