Job Title: Equity Incentives Associate- US Law Firm
Salary: £180,000-£225,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is an impressive US law firm with a long established City office.

Role:
Providing transactional and advisory equity incentives support across a wide range of clients including private and public companies, private equity and venture capital, fast growing entrepreneurial companies and start-ups.

• Transactional support on M&A, IPOs/liquidity events, restructuring
• Drafting agreements and equity plans
• Transactional support on VC funding rounds
• UK tax advantaged and unapproved option schemes and growth shares
• On going advisory work to multinationals and privately owned companies

• 2-4 PQE- England & Wales qualified solicitor
• At least 2 years UK experience specialising solely in equity incentives within another US, Magic Circle or Top 20 City law firm
