PQE Level: 1-2 PQE

Our longstanding client, an elite US law firm has a powerful expanding City office.

Role:
Contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency work for a high-profile big ticket cross border transactions for UK, European and US multinationals.

• Non-Contentious Restructuring including special situations
• Insolvency related disputes

Key attractions:

• Breadth of work across contentious and non-contentious

Successful candidate:

• 1-2 PQE, England & Wales Qualified ( we are unable to consider NQ level candidates)
• Currently working for another US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm ( we are unable to consider candidates outside of these firms)
• Contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency experience
• Excellent academics
