Role:

• Joining the London office, you will focus on corporate law in the BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands
• M&A
• ECM
• Reorganisations and restructuring
• Redomiciliations

• 6-8 PQE- England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified
• At least 6 years corporate law experience in the UK or offshore
