Salary: £120,000-£125,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE

Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a Top 50 City law firm with a strong real estate and finance practice.

Role:
Wide range of real estate finance work for primarily lenders (some borrower work) covering development and investment work in the UK and Europe:

• Drafting and negotiating LMAs
• Real estate investment and development financing
• Direct lending
• Back leverage
• Securitisation structures

Successful candidate:

• 6-8 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Must be working for a dedicated REF team within a well known UK law firm
