Job Title: Funds Associate- Global City Law Firm 2-4PQE
Salary: £127,000- £135,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

• Global City law firm where financial services is one of the key drivers and they have a prestigious funds practice.

Role:

• Launch and promotion of various regulated funds including UCITS
• Drafting and negotiating agreements relating to funds including distribution and platform agreements
• Retail product and service documentation
• Advising investors including institutions in relation to their investments into funds

• Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 2-4 PQE
