Job Title: Senior Risk & Compliance Lawyer- City office (remote working)
Salary: £90,000-£95,000
PQE Level: 8+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, an impressive national law firm, is highly profitable, collaborative and supportive.

Role:

• Supervising other risk lawyers and professionals and line management of team members
• SRA standards and regulations
• Conflicts of interest
• AML advice
• Regulatory advice including bribery act, market abuse, ECCTA
• GDPR/DP including data breaches and DSAR
• Reviewing and advising on client terms that fall outside counsel guidelines
• Reviewing and advising on supplier agreements
• PI claims and complaint handling including instructing external counsel
• Reviewing and improving risk procedures

Successful candidate:

• At least 8 PQE, England & Wales qualified
• Line management experience
• Excellent legal and regulatory knowledge including SRA regulations, Bribery Act, GDPR, AML regulations, PoCA
• Expertise advising on contractual issues
