Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global life sciences company providing products and services used across scientific research, healthcare, and industrial laboratories. We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Technician (Chemical Packing) – Shift to join their team on a 3-month assignment. This Manufacturing Technician (Chemical Packing) – Shift role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows process, and works safely at all times.

Manufacturing Technician Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: 13:45 – 21:45

Manufacturing Technician Salary:

• £13.20 per hour + 14% shift allowance

To be successful as a Manufacturing Technician (Chemical Packing) – Shift, you will ideally have:

• GCSE, A-Level or Diploma (advantageous)
• Awareness of environmental, health and safety issues
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Ability to meet strict quality requirements
• Willingness to learn new processes and support team members
• Interest in improving work methods and conditions
• Proficiency in computer transactions
• Focus on meeting customer delivery requirements
