£13.06 per hour

Gi Group is recruiting Parcel Operatives to work for a busy parcel sorting company based at RS Corby.

Parcel Operative Duties:

• Parcel sorting and scanning (where required)
• Lifting and moving parcels (heavy lifting required, up to 35–40kg)
• Pallet stocking and moving stock to the correct areas
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
• Working to targets in a fast-paced parcels environment
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times

Parcel Operative Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 35–40kg)
• Reliable and punctual (able to commit to Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00)
• Preferably a driver with access to transport (to support late finishes)
• Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
• Basic spoken English for safety instructions
• Previous warehouse/parcels experience helpful but not essential (training provided)
