Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Order Processing Specialist to join a leading global organisation based in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports scientific, environmental and healthcare advancements.

Order Processing Specialist Pay rate and Shift:

• £14.68 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00
• 38.75 per week, full time

Location:

• Horsham RH12
• Onsite

Order Processing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accurately create and approve orders in the Global Project Management System
• Ensure all orders and associated documentation are correct and complete
• Use internal systems confidently and efficiently
• Ensure both internal and external client expectations are met
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete relevant training/refresher programmes
• Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain high housekeeping and organisation standards in your work area
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve queries and support smooth workflow
• Identify and suggest process improvements to support business objectives
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager

Order Processing Specialist Requirements:

• GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent experience
• Computer literate
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
• Experience within an operational / production / laboratory environment
