A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic account manager to join our award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will come with experience of managing creative, data focused and/or digital marketing campaigns within a collaborative environment and a focus on delivering great creative work. This full time and permanent role is on offer for a salary of up to £25K pa, dependent on experience, plus the chance to join an exciting and cutting-edge organization.
Working as part of the Client Services team the Account Manger will be working with the team to ensure a delivery of end-to-end multi-discipline campaigns and outstanding creative work with a focus on customer engagement. A good understanding of how data and insight drives the work will be essential as will be the ability to own, write and deliver briefs, communicate effectively with colleagues and work as a team, assisting the Senior Account Manager and supervising the Account Executive. With regular client contact the Account Manager will need to have excellent relationship management skills and be prepared to get involved with client and internal presentations.
We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant agency experience and a track record of having successfully worked on large, multi-channel brand campaigns. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and come with 1 – 2 years of experience from within a direct or integrated agency environment. You will need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised, an effective multi-tasker with a positive, hands-on approach and above all come with a passion for marketing and engaging customers.
