Salary: GBP22000 - GBP25000 per annum
An exciting opportunity for a Content Executive with experience of producing engaging content across a range of channels to join our highly successful Gloucester based client. We’ll be seeking candidates with experience particularly of creating videos and videography but also of producing highly engaging written, audio and imagery content. In return, this full time and permanent role offers a salary of between £22 to 25K pa, dependant on experience, plus the chance to join a friendly team and highly successful company.

What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Content Executive will be responsible for planning, creating and posting content across a range of media to increase engagement, drive brand awareness and generate leads. The content, some of which will be original content, will range from blogs, vlogs, videos, expert articles, infographics to testimonials, press releases and images to be published across the company’s website, social media platforms and other digital channels. It will also involve working closely with colleagues, internal departments and 3rd party stakeholders, analysing content metrics, monitoring competitor activity and keeping up-to-date with marketing trends.

What is required?
We’ll be looking for candidates with solid experience in high-quality content creation, especially video, an engaging team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic plus the following skills:

• Exceptional written English and a flair for creating engaging content
• Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good IT skills and experience in creating video content
• Experience with social media and automated scheduling tools
• Experience in reporting and analytics
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating influence and persuasion to obtain information and buy-in from colleagues and key stakeholders
• Able to work as part of a team, alone, and with people of varying seniority
• Experience of working with 3rd party agencies to commission content projects
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
