On behalf of our highly successful and creative Bristol based client we are looking for an effective and well organised Account Executive with a creative flair to join their growing team. The core purpose of the role will be to manage aspects of the creative process within the agency using planning, monitoring, budgeting and communication skills and we will ideally be looking for candidates with 1 – 2 years’ experience from within a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Working as part of the Account team and alongside the Account lead responsibilities will involve tasks such as setting up, monitoring and updating projects on internal software, creating and maintaining detailed trackers and timelines for stakeholders and resources, preparing internal briefs for kick-off meetings, preparing materials for, participate in and document client presentations and internal meetings, managing project invoicing and generally supporting internal teams on projects from design through production to final art release

The ideal candidate should come with 1 – 2 years’ experience from within a fast-paced creative environment, with an understanding of and interest in the creative process and, more crucially, excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and an energetic, enthusiastic and creative approach, comfortable working within a communal atmosphere. You should be Mac literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office and G-Suite and some experience of the Adobe Creative Suite would be a big bonus.
This permanent and full-time role is on offer for a salary of between £20 – 30K pa, dependant on experience, plus attractive company benefits such as private health care and a discretionary year-end bonus and the opportunity to join a highly successful organisation which will offer excellent job progression opportunities across the wider group over time and to be involved in working on some of the biggest consumer brands across the globe!
