We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client involved in the Arts. The role is in support of the sales team performing administration duties (updating CRM, organising sales collateral etc) and interfaces with the marketing team. Additionally, you'll work as a support to the MD, who is also the creative driving force behind the business, organising flights, hotels and car hire. This is a full time and permanent role, based in South Oxfordshire on offer for a salary of up to £25K pa, dependant on experience.
Working in support of the sales team you will be dealing with sales enquiries and brochure requests, the organisation of sales collateral which will include editing presentations, product sheets and management of the image library. You’ll get involved in ad-hoc sales projects, market research and supporting events and exhibitions whilst also offering support to the marketing department. The other part of the role will be supporting the managing director. On his behalf you will be preparing presentations and other documentation for talks and meetings, managing his diary as well as travel arrangements and supporting him in all his business and creative activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with efficient PA skills as well as experience of supporting a sales team. You should have experience of CRM management and development (ideally knowledge of Salesforce), good IT skills and an excellent command of the English language. We’ll be looking for someone with a proactive mindset and the ability to show initiative with a friendly, outgoing ‘can do’ attitude.
