Kelly Services is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate Business Analyst (M/F) to join our Multinational prestigious client. The role will report to the CFO and will be based in Lisbon.

Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, identifying key trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed business decisions. This role will involve a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both marketing principles and financial analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Researcher & Business Analyst, you will:

  • Manage Audience and Consumer Research: oversee all aspects of audience and consumer research activities for our radio and audio brands, utilizing primary and secondary data sources
  • Drive Commercial Success: Develop and deliver compelling sales arguments to the sales team, agencies, and clients to bolster the company's commercial success
  • Collaborate with Programming Teams: Work closely with our programming teams to infuse insights into our broadcast and digital content output
  • Support Marketing and Brand Strategy: Assist in shaping the company's marketing and brand strategy by delivering rich consumer and audience insights
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: analyze and interpret radio and audio measurement data, ensuring that the outputs are understandable to non-specialist audiences
  • Identify Research Gaps: identify research gaps, whether commercial or content-related, and propose strategic and tactical qualitative and quantitative research projects to address these gaps.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5+ Years' Experience
    • Data Expertise: Proficiency in using radio audience data and other primary and secondary data sources, with the ability to integrate and analyze multiple datasets.
    • Data Presentation: Ability to present data in innovative and exciting ways, inspiring stakeholders with your insights and findings

    • Excellent Communication: strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
