Transportation Coordinator to customer in Stockholm (a6e21bc0-7800-4649-b33a-d30c49c4f612) Stockholm, Sweden
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational day to day activities around transport in the Nordics region for Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The role supports the Transportation Manager in activities pertaining to the daily function of the department.
In this role you will work with:
- Invoice control of carrier invoices
- Internal and external communication to ensure suitable transportation support
- Supporting front office personnel in relation to freight
- Liaising with carriers and stakeholders
- Provide process support to team loading linehauls
- Preparing exports and exception shipments
- Support other warehouse functions
- Transport capacity planning
- Ordering special transports when necessary
- Manage special handling orders
- Help price and organise non-standard shipments
We are looking for you who have:
- At least 3 years’ experience from a similar role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- MS office, with good Excel knowledge
- Assess to car is to prefer
- Truck card is meritorious
- Working experience with SAP is meritorious
- A clean record is a must (credit check and police check)
